    • Cancellations made after 24 hours may be subject to a processing fee.

  3. Returns:

    • If you receive a product and wish to return it, please refer to our Returns policy.

    • All Returns may not be eligible for a refund.

  4. Exceptions:

    • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Please refer to our returns policy for options in this case.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

    • Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    • Customized or bulk orders may not be eligible for refunds unless otherwise specified.
